Nice soft material, but had to exchange because a large was 3" narrower than the same product in black. Got the new Large and it was actually large! Appreciate the customer service but 2 gowns with the same label should not be so radically off.

The nightgown is nice and soft, but the quality is sketchy. We ordered 2 large robes and even though the labels both said large, the gray one was 2"skinnier than the black. Robemart finally sent us one that was correct, and I appreciated the response, but the sizing should not have been this far off. Also note that when I first requested the exchange I got no response for weeks. Be aware that the Email system can get lost. Use the Phone. Also note that if I had simply wanted a refund, they were going to make me pay return shipping.
